Don't confuse the two RERA numbers. Gaur Chrysalis (Phase 1) — the sold-out predecessor — is registered under UPRERAPRJ622344/11/2025. That number is NOT this project's. Gaur Plume / Gaur Alaris (Phase 2) has its own, separate registration: UPRERAPRJ950965/07/2026.

Our desk pulled Gaur Alaris (Phase 1)’s own chartered-accountant certificate off the UP-RERA portal on 4 August 2026 and read it page by page. This is what the filing states — the register’s words, not the brochure’s:
- Plot: GH-13, Sector-22D, YEIDA.
- Land parcel: 39,145 sq. metres — about 9.67 acres net, per this filing. The deck’s ~11.8-acre figure is the gross masterplan area, published with its own attribution; the two describe different boundaries, not a contradiction.
- Towers, as filed: Eleganza, Evania, Gaudium, Elance, Azura, Orlena, Elara, Aurea — eight towers, plus Community-Club Regalia.
- Certifying firm: G.S. Mathur & Co., certificate dated 11 June 2026.
